As board-certified dermatologists, we have the following qualifications:
4 years of undergraduate education
4 years of medical school education
1 year of internship
3 years (minimum) of dermatology residency focusing exclusively on skin, hair, and nails
Over 12,000 – 16,000 patient care hours
A license to practice medicine
Passed the certification exam given by the American Board of Dermatology
